Order Atlas prepares the numbers for the whole collection. Cedar stays a draft; a page that filters out drafts shows the other projects in your chosen order.
1. Bring your collection onto the board
Choose an editable user-managed collection on the main branch of a single-language project. Select an existing Number field and an optional plain-text title field. Arrange up to 200 items, including drafts.
Give blank positions a starting number in the CMS first; 0 works as a placeholder. Reload the collection and start arranging. Your first three full saves are free.
2. Arrange it your way
Drag an item, use its arrow controls or type a position. Keyboard users can move a focused handle with the arrows and send it straight to the beginning or end with Home or End.
Review the old and new values, finish any other edits to this collection, then save. Order Atlas writes the changed numbers and verifies the result. Use Verify result to pick up an interrupted batch.
3. See the sequence on your page
Select your page’s Collection List and sort by the position field, ascending. Set the filters and item limit for that list, preview the result and publish when you are ready. Each list can have its own sort setting.
4. Keep your original order within reach
Save a local recovery export with your project files. Restore original numbers brings back positions that still match your batch and preserves later edits. Reload the board after restoring, then build your next arrangement.
Verification and conditional restore stay free after your trial.
Curate the work. Skip the renumbering.
A portfolio evolves. Featured projects change. FAQs get sharper. Make those updates on a visual board and keep one clear sequence for your collection.
